Education and Programs

The SEVM provides  museum education outreach visits to schools as well as programs with a variety of National and State Parks, historic sites, and other museums. In addition, we have produced two stage shows in cooperation with local theaters telling stories from WWI and WWII. Our production of "The Not so Great War" introduces the causes of the war, major battles and technological innovations of the time. Our WWII show, "I wasn't no Hero" is filled with stories of our veterans and their experiences in WWII.
